Participation conditions

The participants receive no claim, e.g. to fees or reimbursement of expenditures, from the organiser of The Social Business Idea as a result of participation in the contest, the preparation, and submission of documents.

The Social Business Idea 2010 expressly retains the right to decide on the awarding of prizes for the applications according to its own best judgment, without restriction; such decisions require no substantiation.

Information about the prize winners (name and contact information of the team's contact person) and the subject of their business idea can be published in the press and on the website of The Social Business Tour 2010.

The decisions of the jury are final; any recourse to courts of law is excluded.
